On the report, you can also see which institution has accessed your credit report. Arbitration Committee ('Geschillencommissie')
CCB promotes the rights of privacy of the consumers registered in its systems in accordance with local laws and regulations. To offer consumers the possibility to direct themselves to an independently functioning body in case the consumer disputes a privacy issue or procedure related thereto, CCB has installed an Arbitration Committee that is accessible to consumers registered in CCB’s systems.
The Consumer can send a Request for Arbitration Form to CCB using the standard “Request for Arbitration Form” provided by CCB.
An Arbitration Committee composed of three individuals will handle the request in accordance with the “Rules and Procedures of CCB’s Arbitration Committee “.
The Arbitration Committee will consider any eligible situation that can -in the opinion of the consumer- not be resolved satisfactorily by management of CCB or the members. Please contact us if you wish to initiate an arbitration committee process.
Exchange of Information with other Credit Bureaus
CCB conducts its credit bureau from separate legal entities incorporated in each of the jurisdictions in which it operates. As such these are separate Credit Bureaus and the data received from Members is logically segregated. Arrangements have been made between de CCB entities that data held in the sperate logical databases can be shared among the CCB Group entities. This allows the financial institutions to get a more complete overview of the credit exposure of the persons for which it performs a credit check.
Currently CCB does not share information with any other credit bureau. Nor does it share information with other entity of person.
